Every role is critical — whether you want to be on the front lines responding when someone calls 911, or behind the scenes keeping the ambulances on the road and the bills paid. Volunteering at the Rescue Squad is worth every minute. So if you’ve ever been curious about what it’s like to serve, now is a great time to find out more.

Our membership shows a diversity that in many ways is representative of our rural community. As might be expected we have members who work in the medical field as paramedics, EMT’s, nurses, and even Physicians. The passion these members have for providing care extends from their regular jobs to the volunteer service they provide the community. In addition, we are made up of businessmen and women, teachers and students, skilled trades workers, law enforcement officers, and retirees all serving together for the company and the community.

The Kent & Queen Anne’s Rescue Squad offers free training in Emergency Medical Services, Firefighting & Hazardous Materials.
